Seventh edition of the conference and festival of the new music industry Tak Brzmi Miasto / Hear the City takes place on 17–18 November at Teatr Nowy Proxima in Kraków. Music Estonia's Director Virgo Sillamaa is one of the speakers of the panel "Mentoring in Music".

"Mentoring in Music" will take place on November 18 at 11:30–13:00 at Teatr Nowy Proxima, room 2.

Topic discussed will be mentoring in music industry. Is it the same as in sport? Is the mentor-learner relation still something more than providing with a knowledge, or maybe being a mentor is yet another form of education?
